Chief Executive Officer
Björn leads the business and works alongside the Senior Leadership Team to make decisions for implementing the Company’s plans. Björn leads from the front on values and culture with people as his main focus, whether it be the people working with us, or the people living in our homes.
Chris is responsible for the smooth running of our finance function, helping support the business to make informed decisions based on accurate and timely data. Chris’ team’s remit includes treasury, tax, budgeting & forecasting and internal & external financial reporting.
Head of HR
Leading the HR team, Helen drives the HR strategy into all parts of the business. People are the focus, whether it be recruitment, learning and development or reward. Helen works with the Senior Leadership Team to ensure the proposition to current and potential employees is the best it can be.
As part of the technical team. Jeremiah performs design and drafting activities to maximise the flexibility of the design and to deal effectively with the increasing requirement for product variations. Jeremiah ensures that our products comply with appropriate building codes, regulations and other relevant compliance standards.
Product & Marketing Director
Nigel leads our product development team, responsible for creating our inspiring housetype designs ensuring they are both manufacturable and become places people enjoy living in. Nigel’s marketing team manages all areas of marketing and events.
Rebecca works to characterise and improve the manufacturing processes involved in making our homes. Working closely with the product design and production teams, Rebecca applies knowledge of the product, fabrication, assembly, tooling and materials to ensures products can be manufactured to high standard of quality compliance.
Learning & Development Manager
Working as part of the HR team, Lisa’s expertise in Learning and Development means that we support our staff to be the best they can be through great induction and development sessions. Lisa also heads up our apprenticeship schemes and internship programmes.
Marketing & Events Manager
Working with key members of the Senior Leadership Team, Manisha is responsible for the development and effective delivery of our marketing plan. Manisha supports with all business branding and communication, whether it be our website, internal communications or press releases.
Working closely with the technical and manufacturing engineering teams, Andy leads the factory production team to ensure we are consistently producing homes on time and to the highest standard.
James is one of our design managers in the demand team. James works with clients, developers, contractors and architects to develop the design and specification of new developments.
Driving production within two cells of the manufacturing line, Seb leads a team of 15 members to hit daily targets on the factory floor. With responsibility for the safe and effective running of his workstations, Seb uses standard work and time to ensure every ilke home is built on time without compromising the quality standards.
Factory Team Member
Joe works with his team to deliver on time and to standard homes, to the highest quality. Whether it be fitting a kitchen, installing windows or electric cabling, Joe and his team mates work together efficiently and effectively to achieve results.
Working as part of our Demand team, Craig works with Housing Associations and Local Authorities to develop schemes where ilke Homes can help them tackle the shortage of affordable housing in their regions.
